The Founder
With a remarkable 40+ years in the chemicals industry, late Mr. Shah wielded a robust history of cultivating industrial alliances. His leadership encompassed diverse roles, overseeing trading, specialty chemicals, and bulk manufacturing divisions. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, his expertise was unparalleled. Regrettably, he passed away on August 11, 2021, leaving behind a legacy of excellence.
Saral Dinesh Shah

Armed with a BE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MS in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Central Florida, USA, Saral brings a wealth of expertise in organic synthesis, novel product development, and plant design. Prior to assuming the reins at Novaphene, he honed his skills as a product development chemist in Houston, USA. Presently, he spearheads the company’s visionary path, propelling it towards an unswerving trajectory of accomplishment.

Holder of a Bachelors in Banking & Insurance degree, a specialized Commerce field, Mrs. Shah is fervently dedicated to steering the organization towards its missions and objectives, cultivating corporate values, and fostering a positive employee culture.
